Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church is a Roman Catholic Church in the Diocese of Tyler, which is an ecclesiastical province of the Archdiocese of Galveston - Houston. The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, the seat and principal church of the Diocese of Tyler, is located in Tyler, Texas.
Established on February 24, 1987, the geographical area of the Diocese of Tyler consists of 33 counties located in northeastern Texas, administering to more than 55,000 Roman Catholics (about 4.7% of the overall geographical population) in 54 parishes and 12 missions. There have been 4 Bishops of Tyler since it was established - the current Bishop of Tyler is the Most Reverend Joseph Edward Strickland.
